Our Terms & Conditions As Of July 2007

1.         This site and its contents are protected by copyright law.

2.         BOOKING WITH US  

We (GS Agents) are happy to book any event for our customers.   However, due to the busy schedules our clients have and the fact that they have various other commitments, we ask that you book with us as far in advance as you can.  

Usually, we ask our customers to book at least FOUR MONTHS in advance with us, in order to guarantee getting who they want on the day they want.   GS Agents operates on a 'first come, first served' basis, so we encourage advance bookings to avoid disappointment, and reserves the right to refuse to let our clients take part in events which we deem 'unsafe' (please contact us for more information on this).

When you contact GS Agents about hiring one of our people for your event, please include the following information:

(i)      Your FULL name and address.

(ii)     Your telephone number.

(iii)    The name of the person/persons you wish to hire (there is no limit to the number of clients you can hire with us - providing they are available on the date given).

(iv)   Why you want to hire this person/persons (what event are you hosting - where and when and for how long).

Once GS Agents has established that the person/persons you want for your event are available on the day, we will contact you and then set about confirming the booking. 

3.      PAYMENT

GS Agents kindly advises customers to pay as soon as possible, in order to confirm the booking.   GS Agents has (at last!) activated a PAYPAL account, so we can invoice you and you can pay us online.   You will be invoiced once you make a 'definite agreement' with GS Agents - that means that you definitely want to book one of our clients for an event.

Your event will NOT be confirmed with GS Agents until payment has been received in full.   The bottom line is no payment = no client for your event.   Once payment has been received, GS Agents will contact you confirming the booking.

Your invoice will consist of the following:

CELEBRITY HIRE FEE          (£500 per person booked)

GS AGENTS FEE                  (£50, to cover overheads and administration costs)

HOTELS FEE                        (Only applicable if the person booked has to stay overnight at a hotel near your event, or travel more than 60 miles IN A ROUND TRIP to your event from their home address.   The cost is usually around £50, but varies according to 'suitable' hotel prices).

TRAVEL EXPENCE FEE         (Only applicable if the person booked has to travel more than 60 miles IN A ROUND TRIP to your event from their home address.   We charge £1 per extra mile travelled over 60 miles).

VAT                                     (Charged at 17.5%)

4.      CANCELLATIONS

Should you have to cancel your event for any reason, please let GS Agents know as far in advance as possible.   That way GS Agents can quickly refund your booking fee in full, and inform the person/persons you booked with us that they are no longer required to attend your event and we can re-book them for somebody else's event.  

GS Agents refunds 100% of your booking fee if notified SIX WEEKS OR MORE prior to your event taking place;  50% of your booking fee if notified FOUR TO SIX WEEKS prior to your event taking place, and nothing if notified LESS THAN FOUR WEEKS prior to your event taking place, as this is insufficient time to make alterations.

We will never cancel a booking with you, unless you tell us to;  should one of our people have to cancel attending your event, you will be given the choice of a replacement at no extra cost.   However, GS Agents is not responsible for events beyond our control (such as war, death of the person booked and restrictions of movement enforced by Government) - this is our FORCE MAJEURE.   

5.      DISPUTES

GS Agents hopes that these never arise between us, but if you are not happy with our services at any time then please contact us via the link given in the 'Contact Us' section.   If you are not totally satisfied with our services, GS Agents will refund you IN FULL within 28 days.   In any legal dispute the Law of England & Wales shall preside.

GS Agents Is NOT a Celebrity Agency and does not refer to the clients on its books as celebrities.
